What is sales training?
Sales training is a type of training focused on developing skills for sales team members. It may include information on product positioning, negotiation skills, objection handling, interacting with customers, and/or an overview of the entire sales process.
Example: New team members receive sales coaching focused specifically on strategic account management, which we find helps improve our customer relationships.
