How to Enable Articulate 360 Services in Your Network

Secure networks might block Articulate 360 services and prevent your apps from working. We recommend adding the following domains to your organization's allowlist for the best experience. At a minimum, you’ll need to allow the highlighted endpoints for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly.

Note: Articulate 360 web apps use bearer-token authentication. This means the authentication token is attached to your account, so your network admin shouldn't modify the authorization header in http requests.

Amazon S3 Endpoints

These Amazon S3 endpoints are required for various Articulate 360 features, including publishing Storyline 360 and Studio 360 courses to Articulate 360 and collecting feedback with Review 360.

This Amazon S3 endpoint is required for Content Library 360 templates and characters.

This Amazon S3 endpoint provides static content, such as style sheets, for our websites and web apps.

Content Library 360 Assets

This domain is required for browsing Content Library 360 images and videos in Storyline 360 and Rise 360. If you have questions about Content Library 360 assets, let us know. We’re happy to help!


These endpoints allow your users to register themselves for Articulate IDs. If these endpoints are blocked by your firewall, users can create Articulate IDs only when team admins invite them to join an Articulate 360 Teams subscription. Team invitations bypass Clearbit and ReCaptcha spam-prevention filters.

Payment Authorization


This domain provides authorization of credit card payments for your Articulate 360 subscription.
