As your team grows, you can purchase additional user seats for your Articulate 360 Teams account right from your management console.

How to Buy More User Seats

  1. Sign into your Articulate 360 account management console, then click either the Manage Team tab or the Billing tab on the left side of the screen.

    Note: Only the account owner is authorized to purchase seats.
  2. Click Buy More Seats.
  3. Enter the number of seats you want to add to your team.
  4. Verify your credit card information or click change to enter a different credit card.

    Note: To buy user seats with a purchase order, contact us at biz@articulate.com or (800) 861-4880 ext 2.
  5. Click Next to continue.
  6. Review your information, then click Purchase Seats to complete the order. Or click Cancel if you need to make changes to your order.
  7. When you’re done, click Close to return to the management console.

FAQs

Who’s allowed to purchase user seats?

Only the account owner can purchase user seats. The account owner was designated when your subscription was purchased and is the only person authorized to make billing-related changes.

Why won’t the account management console let me purchase user seats?

First, make sure you’re the account owner. The account owner is the only person authorized to make purchases.

Second, there are some scenarios, such as multi-year subscriptions, where we’ll need to assist you when adding seats. Just contact us at biz@articulate.com or (800) 861-4880 ext 2, and we’ll add your new seats right away.

Can I buy user seats with a purchase order?

Yes, just contact us at biz@articulate.com or (800) 861-4880 ext 2.

To purchase seats via the account management console, you’ll need to enter a credit card.

If I enter a new credit card when purchasing seats, will the same card also be charged for subscription renewals?

We’ll always charge the credit card on file for subscription renewals.

You can change the credit card on file at any time by signing into your Articulate 360 account management console and clicking the Billing tab on the left side of the screen.

Will I be charged the full annual subscription rate for new user seats?

Your cost will be prorated for the remainder of your current term. Thereafter, you'll be charged the full rate for each annual renewal.
