Articulate 360 Subscriptions
We honor full refunds for Articulate 360 subscriptions if requested within 30 days of your order date. And for every renewal charge, a 30-day grace period will also be honored for full refunds. Refunds aren't available after 30 days from the date of purchase.

We honor a 30-day money-back guarantee for perpetual licenses of Articulate software, provided you agree to erase all license information from your computer(s) as instructed by Articulate Customer Support.

Articulate Online Subscriptions
You may cancel your Articulate Online subscription at any time. However, we don’t refund partial terms or downgrades.
Your Articulate Online subscription is billed in advance on a term basis (monthly or annually) and is non-refundable. If you cancel before the end of your current paid term, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you won't be charged again.
We permanently delete data for cancelled accounts. Be sure to export any reports you want to save before cancelling your subscription.
