Digital audio and video are usually compressed to reduce file size and stream more efficiently over networks. Here’s how Replay 360 handles audio and video assets.

Audio

Replay 360 compresses audio in AAC format with a sample rate of 48,000hz in stereo channels, regardless of the source file’s audio codec.

Video

Replay 360 compresses video in H.264 format (also known as AVC). Meanwhile, it matches the frame rate of the file you import but with a maximum of 30fps. For example, when you import a 24fps video, Replay 360 publishes in 24fps. But if you import a 60fps video, the maximum published output is 30fps.

When you import multiple videos with different frame rates, the video with the highest frame rate is followed up to a maximum of 30fps.
