Easily manage all your Rise 360 courses. Just create folders on your Rise 360 dashboard to organize projects and quickly find what you need. Get all the details below.

Creating Folders

There are two ways to create a new folder on your Rise 360 dashboard.

One way is to click New Folder in the sidebar, give your folder a name, and click Save.

The other way is to hover over a tile, click the ellipsis that appears, and choose Move to. When the folder dialog appears, click the Create new folder icon in the lower right corner, give your folder a name, and click Move.

New folders appear in the sidebar and are automatically alphabetized.

Pro tip: Want to jump directly to a specific folder when you launch Rise 360? Navigate to that folder, then save the URL in your browser's address bar as a bookmark. When you use the bookmark instead of the standard Rise 360 address, you'll go directly to the folder.

Renaming Folders

Hover over a folder in the sidebar and click the pencil icon that appears. Enter a new name for the folder and click Save.

Deleting Folders

Hover over a folder in the sidebar and click the garbage bin icon that appears. Click Delete to confirm that you want to delete the folder and its contents.

Deleting a folder also deletes all the content in the folder. You can restore the content later if you need it.

Moving Content to Folders

Hover over a tile, click the ellipsis that appears, and choose Move to. Select an existing folder from the list or click the Create new folder icon and give your new folder a name, then click Move.

If you change your mind, you can click the Undo button that temporarily appears in the lower left corner of the screen, or you can remove the course from its folder at any time.

If you’re an Articulate 360 Teams subscriber, you can invite collaborators to work on content with you. The content automatically appears on collaborators’ dashboards in the Shared with me folder (as well as the All Content container). Collaborators can’t move shared content.

Removing Content from Folders

Go to the folder where the content is currently located. Hover over the tile, click the ellipsis that appears, and choose Remove from folder.

When you remove content from a folder, you can still find it in the All Content container.

Deleting Content

To delete content, hover over the tile, click the ellipsis that appears, and choose Delete. You’ll be prompted to confirm that you really want to delete it.

When you delete content, it moves to the Deleted Content container in the sidebar. To permanently delete it from your account, go to Deleted Content, hover over the tile, click the ellipsis that appears, and choose Delete forever.

To permanently remove all your deleted content at once, just hover over the Deleted Content container in the sidebar and click Empty.

Restoring Content

To restore deleted content, go to the Deleted Content container in the sidebar. Hover over the tile, click the ellipsis that appears, and choose Remove from trash.

If the content was in a folder when you initially deleted it, it will be restored to that same folder (unless the folder itself has also been deleted, in which case it will be added to the All Content container).
