When you use a trigger condition in Storyline to evaluate a number
Between two values, the condition will be considered true when the number variable is equal to or between your starting and ending values.
For example, a condition that checks to see if a number variable is between 1 and 10 is considered true when the number is equal to 1, equal to 10, or anything in between those values.
