Articulate Online: Resolve "A Problem Occurred While Publishing..." Errors

If the date or time on your computer is incorrect, you'll see an error message that says, "A problem occurred while publishing to Articulate Online."

For security reasons, your computer's date and time must match that of the Articulate Online servers. Fortunately, it's easy to fix. Here's how.

Windows 11

  1. Right-click the clock on your taskbar and choose Adjust date and time.
  2. When your settings appear, turn on the option to Set time automatically or enter the correct date and time manually.
  3. Close the settings window, then restart the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in.

Windows 10

  1. Right-click the clock on your taskbar and choose Adjust date/time.
  2. When your settings appear, turn on the option to Set time automatically or enter the correct date and time manually.
  3. Close the window and republish your course.
