Storyline 2: AICC Content Won't Track in Saba LMS When Viewed on Mobile Devices

If you include HTML5 output when publishing an Articulate Storyline course for LMS, you may find that it doesn't track properly in a Saba LMS when viewing it on mobile devices like iPads and Android tablets. You can correct it by changing the course identifier so it's less than 15 characters. Here's how:

1. Go to the Home tab on the ribbon and click Publish.
2. Select the LMS tab on the left side of the window.
3. Click the Reporting and Tracking button.
4. Change the Identifier so it's less than 15 characters.
5. Click OK, then complete the publishing process.
6. Upload the published output to your LMS.
