Articulate Online: Avoid Reporting Issues Caused by Player Text Label Ampersands
Article Last Updated
This article applies to:
If you include an ampersand (&) in any player text labels for your course, you may see these issues in Articulate Online:
- The Attempt Detail report will display a "Page not available" error.
- The Score Results and Answer Breakdown reports will not be available for a course that's being tracked by an embedded quiz.
This is a known issue. You can correct it by removing all ampersands (&) from your player text labels and republishing to Articulate Online.
