The URL that you choose for your Articulate Online account should not include periods (.). Below is an example of an unacceptable URL:
- My.Company.articulate-online.com
Here are some examples of acceptable alternatives:
- MyCompany.articulate-online.com
- My-Company.articulate-online.com
If your URL includes periods (other than those that surround 'articulate-online'), you will need change your URL.
