Cannot View Content Items When You Log into Articulate Online

If you attempt to view content items in your account and you only see an option to change your email or your password...

...it could mean one of the following:

  • You have insufficient permissions to manage content.
  • Your administrator has not enabled the User Portal to allow you to view content.

Only members of the Administrators or Publishers group can manage content in Articulate Online. To view content, use the link your administrator has provided you. or contact your administrator to request that the User Portal be enabled.
