Create a basic quiz without player elements or result slides

You can create a basic quiz in Quizmaker '09 that does not include the following features:

  • Question point values
  • Cumulative score with each question
  • Quiz title
  • Question numbering
  • Question list
  • Timer
  • Result slides

Modify your player template:

  1. Open your quiz in Quizmaker '09.
  2. Click the Player Templates button on the toolbar.
  3. Select your player template, and click the Edit button.
  4. Select the Layout tab.
  5. Deselect the following check boxes:
    • Display question point value
    • Display cumulative score with each question
    • Display quiz title
    • Display question list navigation panel
    • Display timer
  6. Use the Question numbering style drop-down list to select (No numbering).
  7. Click the OK button.
  8. Click the Close button.

Disable the result slides:

  1. Click the Pass Result button on the toolbar.
  2. Deselect the check box Display passing result slide.
  3. Click the Save & Close button.
  4. Click the Fail Result button on the toolbar.
  5. Deselect the check box Display failing result slide.
  6. Click the Save & Close button.

Publish your quiz to review the changes.
