You may encounter the following error message when running a custom Articulate Online report:

"String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminted."

This error indicates that the report data exceeds a SQL database limit. To avoid this error, reduce the number of content items that you've selected for your custom report until the message no longer occurs.

You may need to create two or more custom reports rather than running a single consolidated report. If you need to combine the data for further analysis, export each report to a CSV file, and then combine them in Microsoft Excel.
