Logo does not display correctly

If the logo in your published presentation is not positioned correctly, it's likely due to your system DPI settings. For Articulate Presenter '09 to publish correctly, your system DPI needs to be set at 96. Here's how to change your system DPI setting:

Windows 8

  1. Right-click your desktop, and select Personalize.
  2. Click Display in the lower left corner of the window that appears.
  3. Select the 100% radio button.
  4. Click Apply.

Please note that you may be required to restart your computer for the change to take effect.

Windows 7

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display.
  2. From the left navigation panel, select Set custom text size (DPI).
  3. From the Scale to this percentage of normal size drop-down list, select 100%.
  4. Click the OK button.

Please note that you may be required to restart your computer for the change to take effect.

Windows Vista

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization.
  2. Under Tasks in the left hand sidebar select Adjust font size (DPI).
  3. Change DPI Scaling to Default scale (96 DPI) - fit more information.
  4. Click the OK button.

Windows XP or earlier

  1. Right click your desktop and select Properties.
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Click the Advanced button.
  4. In the General tab under Display > DPI Setting select Normal size [96 DPI].
  5. Click the OK button.

Once you have made this change to your DPI settings, republish your presentation.
