Printed quiz results do not show quiz details

The Print Results option at the end of a Quizmaker '09 quiz will display only the Date/Time header without the quiz details when the following conditions are met in consecutive order:

  1. The student was using Internet Explorer 8.
  2. The quiz was taken at least once, and the Print Results feature was used at least once.
  3. Internet Explorer 8 (or the browser tab in which the quiz was launched) was closed, but the Print Results screen was left open.
  4. The quiz was launched again, and the Print Results feature was used again.

This is a known issue.  To avoid this issue, close the Print Results screen before attempting to use the Print Results feature again.
