Publishing for Manual Upload to Articulate Online

If you're having difficulty publishing directly to Articulate Online, we recommend publishing your content locally, then manually uploading it to Articulate Online. Here's how:

Storyline

  1. In Storyline, click the File tab on the ribbon or the round Articulate button in the upper left corner and choose Storyline Options.
  2. Mark the box to Enable publishing for manual upload to Articulate Online and click OK.
  3. Then, click Publish and choose the Articulate Online publishing option.
  4. Under Account Information, select <Publish Locally> from the Account URL drop-down.
  5. Click the ellipsis (...) button beside Local Folder, select a folder on your hard drive, then click Publish.
  6. When you see the Publish Successful dialog, click Open Folder to view the folder containing your compressed file, which you'll upload to Articulate Online.

Presenter

  1. In PowerPoint, go to the Articulate tab on the ribbon and click Options (or Presentation Options in older versions).
  2. On the Publish tab, mark the box to Enable publishing for manual upload to Articulate Online and click OK.
  3. Then, click Publish and choose the Articulate Online publishing option.
  4. Under Account Information, select <Publish Locally> from the Account URL drop-down.
  5. Click the ellipsis (...) button beside Local Folder, select a folder on your hard drive, then click Publish.
  6. When you see the Publish Successful dialog, click Open Folder to view the folder containing your compressed file, which you'll upload to Articulate Online.

Quizmaker

  1. In Quizmaker, click the File tab on the ribbon or the round Articulate button in the upper left corner and choose Quizmaker Options.
  2. Mark the box to Enable publishing for manual upload to Articulate Online and click OK.
  3. Then, click Publish and choose the Articulate Online publishing option.
  4. Under Account Information, select <Publish Locally> from the Account URL drop-down.
  5. Click the ellipsis (...) button beside Local Folder, select a folder on your hard drive, then click Publish.
  6. When you see the Publish Successful dialog, click Open Folder to view the folder containing your compressed file, which you'll upload to Articulate Online.

  5. Click the ellipsis (...) button beside Local Folder, select a folder on your hard drive, then click Publish.
  6. When you see the Publish Successful dialog, click Open Folder to view the folder containing your compressed file, which you'll upload to Articulate Online.
