Presenter '13: Recommended Workflow for Collaborative Network Environments
Article Last Updated
This article applies to:
When working on a Presenter '13 course in a collaborative environment with other developers, use the following workflow to avoid file corruption, loss of resources, and other erratic behavior that can occur due to network latency:
- After creating, editing, or publishing a presentation on your local hard drive, use the Send to Articulate Presenter Package feature to make an exact copy of your project (including Engage interactions and Quizmaker quizzes). This generates a zip file.
- Copy the zip file to your network drive for storage and sharing.
- When you need to edit or publish the presentation again, copy the zip file to your local hard drive and extract it.
- Then edit or publish.
- Repeat steps 1-4 as necessary.
