There are several ways you can replace existing audio in your presentation.

Replace existing audio using external audio

  1. Select Articulate > Import Audio to launch the Import Audio dialog.
  2. Select the slide where you want to replace the audio, then click the Browse button to choose the new audio file.
  3. Click the Open button.  If you are importing multiple audio files, confirm the order of the files and click the OK button.
  4. In the Import Audio window, click on the OK button to confirm the replacement of the audio files.

Replace existing audio using Record Narration

  1. Select Articulate > Record Narration to launch the Record Narration window.
  2. Select the slide with the audio you want to replace.
  3. Click on the Start Recording button to begin recording your audio.
  4. Click the Save & Close button to save your changes.
