You can perform a silent or unattended uninstall of Articulate Studio '09.  Here's how:

Create a response file

To do a silent uninstall, you first need to create a response file.  The response file will tell the installer what action to take for all user prompts.

  1. Launch a DOS command prompt.
  2. At the command prompt type the following:
    installer.exe -r -f1"<path>\response.iss"
Note: There is no space between the -f1 and the quote.
  3. When the installer launches, select either Add or Remove Program Features or Remove All.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstall process.

When the uninstall is complete, the response.iss file will contain all the choices and options you selected.

Now that you have the response file, you can silently uninstall Articulate Studio ’09.
