You may see the following error message when attempting to launch Tin Can API content that you've uploaded to SCORM Cloud.

"Unable to connect to server. Please verify that you are connected to the internet. Retry?"

This error can occur in either of the following situations.

You're Disconnected from the Internet

Verify that your computer or mobile device is connected to the Internet, then launch the course again.

You're Using an Unsupported Browser

Use a browser that's supported by SCORM Cloud, such as:

  • Internet Explorer 7 or later
  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox 2 or later
  • Safari 1 or later
