If you attempt to type text into an Articulate Storyline object (text box, caption, button, etc) but nothing appears, it's likely that the Articulate fonts did not install properly.
First, reboot your computer and test your software again to see if it has been resolved. If it persists, do the following:
- Close all programs.
- Navigate to C:\Windows\Fonts, and delete all the Articulate fonts.
- Repair your Storyline software.
- Reboot your computer.
