If you run the Attempt Detail report on a particular user and see that all questions were answered correctly but the score reported is less than 100%, it's likely that your quiz is configured to Allow user to finish without answering all questions:
If you leave Allow user to finish without answering all questions option checked and a user completes a quiz without answering all questions, then only the questions they answered will show in the attempt detail report.
To disable this option:
- Launch Quizmaker.
- Go to Quiz Settings -> Answer Submission.
- Change your setting to Submit one question at a time or, if you have Submit all at once selected, uncheck the option to Allow user to finish without answering all questions.
- Click OK and republish your quiz to Articulate Online. When you run reports on your quiz, you will be able to choose which version of the quiz whose report you'd like to view.
If you require that a user completes all questions in a quiz, be sure to uncheck Allow user to finish without answering all questions.
