Using tags in Articulate Online

Tagging your content is an easy way to organize your content and allows you to quickly locate particular content items by tag. Tags are similar to the folder concept on your computer.

To add tags to your content items:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click the Content tab, then the title or the Manage link for the content item whose tags you want to manage.
  3. Click the Tags tab for the content item.
  4. Enter one or more tags you'd like to use to describe this item, separating multiple items with commas. You can also click the Show tags from my other items link to display your existing tags and click one or more of them to automatically add to the current content item.
  5. Click the Add Tag button and your tag(s) will be automatically saved (you should see the tags appear above the input form).

To remove a tag from your content item, simply click the "X" to the right of the tag you wish to remove:

To manage tags in your account:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click the Content tab, then the yellow Tags button to display your current tags. SNAG-1814.png
  3. Click one or more tag to show only the content items that have been assigned the selected tag(s). In this example, multiple tags are selected ("advanced," "products," and "sales training"): SNAG-1815.png
