How do I install and update Replay 360?

We made it super simple to install and update Replay 360.

First, install the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in with your Articulate ID email address and password.

Then, click the Install button for each app you want to install, such as Replay 360.

The Articulate 360 desktop app will notify you when updates are available. Just click the Update button for each app that has a new update.

Can I install Replay 360 on my Mac?

Mac users can install Replay 360 in Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, or Apple Boot Camp.

Is there a silent installer for Replay 360?

How do I activate Replay 360?

It's easy. Just sign into the Articulate 360 desktop app with your Articulate ID email address and password.

If you have an active subscription, Replay 360 will automatically work as expected. If your subscription has expired, Replay will no longer work, but you can re-enable it by renewing your subscription.

Do I have to be connected to the internet to use Replay 360?

Initially, you must be online to sign into the Articulate 360 desktop app, which allows you to install and use Replay 360. Thereafter, you can use Replay offline up to 99 days at a time (or 30 days for free trials).

If you're offline longer than 99 consecutive days, Replay will stop working. To re-enable it, simply connect to the internet and sign into Articulate 360.

As long as you're online, you can use Replay without interruption. If you go offline (for example, when you're traveling), the 99-day clock begins, allowing you to use it offline. The 99-day clock resets each time you connect to the internet and sign into Articulate 360.

My organization doesn't allow internet access at all. Can I use Articulate 360 offline?

Initially, you must be online long enough to sign into Articulate 360 and install the desktop-authoring apps, such as Replay 360. Then you can use the apps offline up to 99 days at a time (or 30 days for free trials).

If you're offline longer than 99 consecutive days, the apps will stop working. To re-enable them, you'll need to connect to the internet long enough to sign into Articulate 360, which resets the 99-day offline clock.

Can Replay 360 be installed on the same computer with Replay 1?

Yes. Replay 360 can be installed side by side with Replay 1 on the same computer.

Can I upgrade my existing Replay 1 projects to Replay 360?

Yes. Just open your existing projects with Replay 360, then confirm that you want to upgrade them when prompted. It's that easy.

And don't worry. Backup copies of your original project files will automatically be created in case you need to go back later.

Can I edit Replay 360 projects with Replay 1?

No. Replay 360 projects can't be opened, edited, or published with Replay 1.

What is the recording frame rate in Replay 360?

Screencasts are recorded at 15 frames per second (fps), and webcam videos are recorded at 25 fps.
