We’ve made it easier for you to track the status of each invite you send. As of July 2021, the team management console displays the following status icons:
The legend below explains what each status icon means:
The user’s status becomes an envelope icon as soon as you invite them to your team.
The user’s status becomes a green circle with a check mark when they accept your invitation.
If a seat invitation email bounces back, the user’s status becomes a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. We’ll also send you an email notification that we weren’t able to send the invitation.
After three unsuccessful attempts to resend, the user’s status becomes a red circle with an X, indicating a failed invite. At this point, we recommend verifying if the email address is correct, then removing and re-adding the user to the team.
