Content Library 360: Offensive Content Disclaimer

Content Library 360 provides a collection of over 17 million photos, illustrations, icons, and videos that you can access right from Storyline 360, as well as photos and illustrations for your Rise 360 courses. This collection is made up of several asset libraries that are curated and maintained by the third-party providers Noun Project, Pexels, Pixabay, and  Unsplash. Content Library 360 lets you view and discover assets in these libraries seamlessly, all at once. 

Articulate has licensing agreements with these providers so that we can continuously add new, royalty-free assets to the library. With so many existing assets, and new content being added all the time, we can't personally vet all the media on offer. 

However, we can and will block assets that we've verified as offensive after being reported by our users. Alert us to an asset by submitting a support case, including a brief description of the offensive content and a screenshot. If you can't provide a screenshot, describe the asset as best you can and include the search terms you used when you discovered it. 

We'll take it from there, reviewing the case and blocking the asset if necessary so that it's no longer available to Articulate 360 users.
