1. We launched Articulate AI Assistant, helping course authors create up to 9x faster

This year, Articulate unveiled AI Assistant, a powerful new product fully integrated into Articulate 360 workflows. With just a few clicks, AI Assistant enables course creators of all levels to quickly generate and effortlessly refine training content—including lesson outlines, text, images, quizzes, speech, and sound effects. 

AI Assistant was designed specifically for e-learning and offers a guided, iterative approach to content creation. After months of research and testing, we were thrilled to see users embrace this tool and report dramatic improvements in efficiency and creativity.

2. We released 100+ new features, enhancements, and accessibility updates

AI Assistant stole the spotlight, but that wasn’t all we achieved this year. We rolled out over100 new features and updates across our platform to make e-learning creation more powerful, intuitive, and inclusive. 4. We made major investments in our E-Learning Heroes community 

Supporting learners is at the center of everything we do at Articulate. Our e-learning heroes community (ELH) is a testament to that. This year, we upgraded to a new platform with better searchability, intuitive navigation, and added features for peer-to-peer connection and contribution. 

Now, course creators worldwide—customers and non-customers alike—can more easily share ideas, find inspiration, and overcome e-learning challenges. This investment reflects our commitment to fostering a supportive, vibrant community.

5. We added a free Reach Starter Plan to every Articulate 360 Teams Subscription

Reach—our fast, flexible, frictionless LMS—debuted in 2023, but in 2024 we made it even more accessible by adding the Reach Starter Plan to every Articulate 360 Teams subscription at no extra cost.

Now, teams not only have the tools to create engaging e-learning experiences but also a simple, integrated, cost-effective way to deliver those courses. Features like seamless publishing, learner tracking, and reporting make Reach an all-in-one solution for hassle-free course delivery.

6. We launched a new helpful content hub

We’d also be remiss not to mention that 2024 marked the official launch of Articulate’s first comprehensive Resource Center.
