JAWS screen reader is supported with Storyline 360 and Studio 360 courses. However, JAWS won’t work on Windows 7 computers with high-resolution monitors since JAWS doesn’t support Aero themes in this environment, and Storyline 360/Studio 360 courses require Aero on Windows 7 computers with high-resolution monitors.

To use JAWS on Windows 7 with Storyline 360/Studio 360 courses, you’ll need to lower your DPI setting to 100%. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display.
  2. From the left navigation pane, select Set custom text size (DPI).
  3. From the Scale to this percentage of normal size drop-down list, select 100%.
  4. Click OK and reboot your computer.
