Microsoft identified an issue in PowerPoint 2016 that could cause a memory spike and might even cause PowerPoint to crash. Articulate Presenter users could encounter this problem when publishing a large PowerPoint presentation.

The good news is that Microsoft released a fix for this issue on February 14, 2017. Just run Windows Update and install the latest patches for PowerPoint 2016. Then reboot your computer and publish your Articulate Presenter course again.
