Presenter '13: Exporting Audio

There are two ways to export a copy of your narration from Articulate Presenter. You can export each slide to a separate audio file or the entire presentation to a single audio file.
Exporting Each Slide to a Separate Audio File
- Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon, and click Audio Editor.
- Click the round Articulate button in the upper left corner, scroll to Export, and choose either WAV or MP3.
- Browse to a folder where you want to save the exported audio files, and click Select Folder.
Tip: Audio from embedded quizzes and interactions won't be exported.
Exporting the Entire Presentation to a Single Audio File
Need to give learners an audio-only version of your course? No problem. Just export all your narration to a single audio file.
- Go to the Articulate tab on the PowerPoint ribbon, and click Import Audio.
- Click the Export button at the bottom of the window.
- Browse to a folder where you want to save the exported audio, and assign a File name.
- Click Save.
Tip: Audio from embedded quizzes and interactions won't be exported.
