HTML5 support in Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge is lagging behind other major browsers. For example, they don’t support "masking" animations in HTML5 content.

As a result, the following PowerPoint animations and transitions won’t work when you view Presenter 360 HTML5 courses in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. They also won't work in CD-published output since it relies on Internet Explorer.

Here are some suggestions for working around this Microsoft limitation:

  • Use a different animation or transition in your course.
  • Install the chromium version of Microsoft Edge, which supports masking animations.
  • Use a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
