When a standard user logs into your Articulate Online account (user portal) and selects the History tab to view their activity, they will have the option to export the report to:
If a user exports their History report to CSV or XML, the Date / Time column and the Duration column will not appear in the exported report.
This is a known issue. You can work around this issue in one of the following ways:
- The user can export their History report to PDF, which appropriately includes the Date / Time and Duration information.
- An administrator or publisher for your Articulate Online account can export User Activity reports to CSV or XML that include the Date / Time and Duration information.
