Text does not display when previewing or publishing in Quizmaker '09

If no text displays when you preview or publish an Articulate Quizmaker '09 quiz, the issue is likely related to the installation of Articulate fonts on your system. To resolve this issue, do the following for your version of Windows:

Windows 8

  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\Fonts.
  2. Delete all Articulate fonts.
  3. Press Windows Key+X on your keyboard to display the Tools Menu, and select Programs and Features. Or, right-click the lower left corner of your monitor to display the Tools Menu, and select Programs and Features.
  4. Double-click Articulate Studio '09 Pro.
  5. Select Reinstall to repair your installation of Articulate Studio '09 Pro.
  6. Restart your computer.

Windows 7 or Windows Vista

  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\Fonts.
  2. Delete all Articulate fonts.
  3. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
  4. Double-click Articulate Studio '09 Pro.
  5. Select Reinstall to repair your installation of Articulate Studio '09 Pro.
  6. Restart your computer.

Windows XP

  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\Fonts.
  2. Delete all Articulate fonts.
  3. Go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
  4. Double-click Articulate Studio '09 Pro.
  5. Select Reinstall to repair your installation of Articulate Studio '09 Pro.
  6. Restart your computer.
