Incorrect System Time

If your system clock has the wrong time, you won't be able to sign in. Reset your system time, as described below, then try signing in again.

Windows 10:

  1. Right-click the clock on your taskbar and choose Adjust date/time.
  2. When your settings appear, turn on the option to Set time automatically or enter the correct date and time manually.
  3. Close the settings window, then restart the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in.

Windows 7 and 8:

  1. Right-click the clock on your taskbar and choose Adjust date/time.
  2. The best option is to select the Internet Time tab, click Change Settings, mark the box to Synchronize with an Internet time server, and click OK.
  3. If synchronizing your computer with a time server isn't possible, select the Date and Time tab, then change the date/time and time zone manually.
  4. Click OK to close the window, then restart the Articulate 360 desktop app and sign in.

Outdated Desktop App

Older versions of the Articulate 360 desktop app expired in December 2019. If your desktop app is outdated, download and install the latest update, and then you can sign back in and continue working as usual.

Note that you only need to update the Articulate 360 desktop app. We recommend updating your authoring apps too, but it’s not required. So you can still use older versions of Storyline 360, Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360.
