As an Articulate 360 account owner, these FAQs cover everything you need to know about subscription renewals.

Renewal Details & Reminders

Where do I find my renewal details?

We don’t want you to be surprised by your upcoming renewal, so we’ll send reminder emails 60 and 30 days before your renewal date. Reminders include information about your subscription, steps to verify or change your payment method, and a renewal summary quote.

As the account owner, you can also find the renewal date and pricing info at any time on the Billing tab of your account dashboard. Admins can see the renewal date on the Manage Team tab. And all other team members can see the renewal date on the Team Info tab.

Who gets notified about renewals?

We send reminder emails to the account owner 60 and 30 days before your renewal date.

Payment Options

What are my payment options?

All renewals can be paid via credit card. Articulate 360 Teams subscriptions also have the option to be paid via purchase order (PO).

How do I update my payment method?

As the account owner, you can update the payment method using the Billing tab of your account dashboard. You can change your credit card info. Or, if you have an Articulate 360 Teams subscription paid via purchase order (PO), you can upload your renewal PO (this option becomes available 60 days before your renewal date).

Where do I upload a renewal purchase order?

Articulate 360 Teams subscribers have the option to renew via purchase order (PO). Starting 60 days before your renewal date, the account owner will see a prompt to upload a PO on the Billing tab of your account dashboard. When we process your renewal, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt, and we’ll email you a formal invoice within three business days.

Subscription Terms

How often does my subscription renew?

Your renewal cadence depends on the term you purchased. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months. Two-year subscriptions renew every 24 months. Three-year subscriptions renew every 36 months.

Can I switch to a monthly plan?

No, Articulate 360 subscriptions are only available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year terms.

Subscription Changes

Can I change my renewal date?

Your renewal automatically processes on the anniversary of your original purchase date. It’s not possible to change the renewal date of an existing subscription. Reach out to success@articulate.com if you’d like to discuss your needs.

Can I add or remove seats at renewal?

Yes. If you’d like to make a change to your subscription at the point of renewal, contact our Customer Success team at success@articulate.com. We’re happy to help!

Can I transfer account ownership to someone else?

Absolutely, we can change the ownership of your Articulate 360 Teams account. The current account owner can send a request to biz@articulate.com to authorize the transfer. We’ll need this info for the new owner:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Billing address

We’ll complete the account transfer as soon as we have the details above. Learn more about the authority granted to the account owner.
